Client Advice Process
Introductory
Our Introductory interview determines if your needs and our process are compatible. We discuss in a very broad sense what you are trying to achieve and provide an overview of how we work with clients. If we determine that a good basis for working together exists, we schedule a Discovery meeting.

Discovery
The Discovery meeting provides us the opportunity to learn the details of your financial life: where you are, how you got here and where you want to go. Our discussion involves exploring specific wealth management issues including the review of financial statements, tax returns and any other relevant documents. Our objective is to fully understand your situation so that we can design a comprehensive strategy to assist you in realizing your goals.

Develop
Our Development process involves analysis, application and strategy. We analyze what we learned in Discovery and apply our library of knowledge and resources to design strategies for your unique situation.

Presentation
Following Development we schedule a meeting to Present our proposed strategy. We discuss
expectations, priorities and specific tactics. Our objective is for both of us to have a clear understanding of the overall strategy prior to your endorsement of our recommendations.

Implementation
The next step is Implementation of our recommended approach. We complete various account
documents, initiate our strategy and familiarize you with online accessibility. We also schedule a
discussion approximately 45 days later to review account confirmations, statements and answer any additional questions.

Review
Review is an ongoing process that provides us the opportunity to discuss what has happened, our respective outlooks going forward and determine if we need to modify our strategy. Life is rarely static; thus it is essential that a thorough review be conducted annually.
